Note: for children 10-11 years old, the maximum lesson lasts 60 minutes.

At the age of 18, after finishing high school, Arijeta enrolled at the State University of Tetova to study German Language and Literature. In 2012, in her first year, she won the Mevlana Exchange Program scholarship that enabled her to study for a year in Edirne, Turkey. This was an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience.
After returning, Arijeta started working at Call Center "Elite" in Kumanovo, where she quickly took the position of Manager and led the training of employees. In October of v. 2014 she joined the private language school English For Life as a German teacher. Although still in the third year of studies, the students believed him and interest in German grew rapidly. In January 2015, she decided to leave management to fully devote herself to teaching German.
In 2016 she graduated with an average grade of 10.0. After graduation, Arijeta continued to develop her profession at the private language school and participated in many seminars and trainings, both online and in person. Among them is the online training at foobiz.com – “Digitale Bausteine für den Unterricht”.
In 2019 she enrolled in the Master of German Teaching at the University of Southeast Europe in Tetovo. In 2021, she completed the research on "The most frequent mistakes in the use of prepositions by Albanian students of German".
Today she works as a German teacher at the elementary school “Faik Konica” in Sllupçan, combining her experience over 10 years with a passion for education.
But I 16 years of experience in teaching, both in primary and secondary schools, Ardiani is recognized as one outstanding teacher AND innovative researcher. He is the founder of “English For Life”, the most prestigious foreign language school in North Macedonia.
His passion for English grammar, combined with skills in technology, has led to research in the use of technology for language teaching, with special emphasis on computational linguistics.
Ardiani has also made a great contribution as developer of mobile applications for e-learning, cooperating with international companies. He has practiced the profession as well Professor of English in the Municipal Gymnasium "Ismet Jashari" and in EnglishForLife LLC in Kumanovo.

If the absence is from a student , the missed hour is not replaced.
If the absence is from Professor , and the absence exceeds 3 in the month , then the professor is forced to replace those hours.
