At the age of 18, after high school graduation, Ardian applied to South East European University to study English Language and Literature. In 2009, during the first year of his studies, he discovered that the village where he lived, Slupchane in North Macedonia, needed a private language school. So, Ardian set up his first business, the language school English For Life. He started this school with only two students. However, good management and hard work helped him raise the number of students to more than sixty after four months. After he graduated from South East European University in 2011, Ardian found a job at the elementary school, Faik Konica, in his village, where he is currently working. Since starting his job, he has continued his education by attending different live and online seminars about English Language Teaching. For example, he is working on an Online Coursera Specialization about Advanced Grammar and Punctuation provided by the University of California, Irvine and an edX English Grammar and Style course provided by the University of Queensland, Australia.
In 2018, Ardian enrolled in a Master’s of English Language Teaching program in Tetovo, North Macedonia, where he currently has a 9.67/10 GPA. In 2021, he was awarded the Master's degree. The same year, Ardian learned how to develop and publish eLearning mobile apps. Now, he works for more than 30 international Academic Institutions where he offers consultancy and eLearning solutions. He has more than 11 years of teaching experience, which significantly contributes to his success as a teacher and researcher.
Being keen on both English grammar and technology, Ardian was eager to explore how they would both grow and develop in the future. He wants to complete his research regarding the use of technology to teach English grammar, more specifically the Computational Linguistics.
